We're looking for a highly analytical and action focused Senior Manager Central Operations who helps us get things done. You'll be a key driver in improving our operations, pushing for better performance, and working closely with different teams.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you won't just look at numbers. You'll dive into our daily operations, find areas that need fixing, and partner with various teams to put solutions in place, make sure they happen, and track their impact.
You'll turn data into clear plans, making sure changes happen quickly and effectively. Your role is to help solve operational challenges, drive real-time improvements, and ensure QI Spine runs smoothly and always gets better.
What You'll Own :
Data Analysis & Action :
Help find, track, and analyze key operational metrics.Identify the main indicators and factors that impact our business performance.Understand deeply where our operations are slow, inefficient, or have opportunities for improvement.Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations and plans for the operations leadership and other team members.Supporting Execution & Solutions :
Help lead the effort to put solutions in place, making sure everyone is aligned and accountable across departments.Assist in removing obstacles to get things done, helping push initiatives forward from idea to completion.Support the setup of strong controls to make sure improvements last and problems don't come back.Be a key support for operational improvements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of performance, and helping deliver real results.Tracking Performance & Quick Changes :
Help create and maintain dashboards to track the impact of changes on key metrics in real time.Monitor operational performance closely, spotting issues and helping drive immediate fixes with speed.Support regular performance reviews with teams, helping provide feedback and ensuring accountability for results.Be flexible and quick to adapt to operational changes, helping make necessary adjustments to keep performance optimal.Working with Teams & Growth :
Build strong working relationships with clinic teams, zonal leaders, and other central functions (like Marketing, Technology, Finance) to help align on operational priorities and work together for success.Provide insights and recommendations on how operations can help us reach our growth goals.Help clarify the operational impacts of strategic choices and what needs to happen to execute them.Promote teamwork, helping break down barriers between teams and making sure everyone is united in making operations excellent.Process Improvement & Systems :
Help standardize and simplify operational processes across all clinics and central functions for consistency and efficiency.Identify opportunities to automate tasks and use technology to make operations smoother and data more accurate.Contribute to the design and improvement of operational systems and tools that support growth.What We're Looking For :
We need a hands-on, driven individual who helps us take action.Someone who believes that strong execution and data-driven insights are vital for business success.A clear thinker with good problem-solving skills and a strong ability to get things done.You should enjoy digging into data to find root causes and helping drive solutions that work.Proven experience in analyzing operational metrics and contributing to improvements that deliver business results.Good knowledge of operational analysis, process improvement, and project support, with a proven ability to work well with different teams to reach shared goals.Able to work well in fast-paced situations, manage multiple tasks, and consistently deliver results with a focus on action.Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related analytical field preferred.2-3 years of progressive experience in operations, ideally in a role that involved analyzing data and supporting operational improvements across multiple locations or a central operations team.Comfortable with data analysis tools (like advanced Excel, Power BI) and project management tools.Strong analytical skills combined with clear communication and teamwork abilities.What You'll Get :
