Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions that drive efficiency and streamline business processes
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment procedures.
- Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms using REST / SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.
- Participate in platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Stay current with new features and best practices related to the ServiceNow platform.
Experience :
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a professional setting.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and general web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).Experience with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.Understanding of Agile / Scrum development practices.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
