Location : Masters Degree (Engineering / Quality / Management preferred)
The QA / QC Leader - Manager Quality will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures compliance with global standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. The role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in managing quality systems, audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO and SOC standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 1 and SOC 2 requirements, including documentation, internal audits, and readiness for external audits.
- Manage and lead SOC audits (minimum 34 years of hands-on experience required).
- Conduct root cause analyses for non-conformities; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, IT, Finance, HR) to embed quality principles into all processes and projects.
- Develop and track quality KPIs, prepare dashboards, and generate reports for senior management.
- Oversee internal and external quality audits; ensure continuous improvement of systems and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of quality processes, procedures, and compliance records.
- Promote a culture of quality excellence, accountability, and transparency across the organization.
- Masters degree in Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management, with leadership exposure.
- Must hold any two of the following certifications :
- Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (ASQ)
- Six Sigma Certification (IASSC or ASQ)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMI)
- Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ)
- Strong knowledge of Quality Standards (ISO 9001, SOC 1, SOC 2)
- Expertise in process audits, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven capability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
