Role Overview :

This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end quality governance and delivery assurance across multiple projects and client engagements. The focus is on program-level oversight, stakeholder management, and strategic quality leadership, ensuring that software deliveries meet client SLAs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Establish QA governance frameworks, standards, and processes across programs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align QA with delivery and client outcomes.
• Oversee quality gates across SDLC-functional, regression, UAT sign-offs.
• Drive quality dashboards, risk assessments, and executive reporting.
• Lead and mentor QA leads / teams, building a strong culture of quality and accountability.
• Ensure consistent delivery excellence across multiple simultaneous client projects.
