We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns, create engaging content strategies, and run paid ad campaigns to generate quality B2B leads.
You will play a key role in increasing our brand’s visibility, driving conversions, and growing our professional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (organic and paid).
- Manage and optimize Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, InMail) for ROI.
- Build and manage content calendar with posts, articles, and campaigns.
- Generate and qualify leads through Sales Navigator and outreach tools.
- Track campaign analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Optimize company page and personal branding strategies for leadership profiles.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams for creative and messaging alignment.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, and Analytics.Experience with Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Retargeting, etc.).Good understanding of B2B marketing and social media trends.Strong communication and copywriting skills.Ability to create and manage content calendars.Basic understanding of CRM or automation platforms like HubSpot or Apollo (preferred).Preferred Qualifications
