We are looking for a Product Operations Associate to ensure the smooth functioning of our products by
tracking product performance, maintaining system health, and conducting root cause analysis for
issues. The ideal candidate will also support product operations by working on process
improvements, documentation, and cross-functional problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on the ticketing system, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
- Create and maintain product performance dashboards.
- Analyze key metrics to track feature adoption, user behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and maintain data / system health to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Identify cases falling under process and product failures and escalate appropriately.
- Conduct RCA for bugs / issues arising in internal systems and customer-facing applications.
- Work with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Document findings and implement preventive measures.
- Identify and highlight cross-functional SOP-related gaps.
- Assist in writing detailed PRDs and functional specifications for enhancements and fixes.
- Utilize SQL and Excel to extract, analyze, and interpret data for business insights.
