Hiring For-Sales-Auto Loan (New / Used Car loan)

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to provide detailed information on auto loan offerings and benefits
• Present customized product options to meet customer needs
• Ensure low turnaround time (TAT) and maintain high service standards to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers through the new or used car loan process
• Visit customers at their residence or office for document collection
• Submit physical loan files within defined turnaround timelines
• Support collections team by following up on missed EMI payments, when required
• Interact with walk-in customers at dealerships and address their queries effectively
