Job description

Generate and convert leads for auto loans at the dealership level

Conduct customer profiling, effectively pitch auto loan products, and close sales

Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan documentation, file login, and disbursement

Coordinate with credit teams to facilitate loan approvals and clarify eligibility criteria

Collect Post Disbursement Documents (PDDs) within defined turnaround times

Visit customers' homes or offices as required for document collection

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer sales teams to maximize business opportunities

Support collections teams by following up on missed EMIs and assisting in recovery efforts

Track and analyze market intelligence on competitor loan products and offerings

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving queries promptly
