Roles and Responsibilities :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP Retail, Contract Management, and Business Partner Management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, system configuration, integration, and support, with a strong understanding of ALE / EDI technologies and IDoc processing. Key Responsibilities : Implementation Support

Lead implementation and support of SAP Retail modules, focusing on Contracting and Business Partner Management.

Configure, customize, and troubleshoot SAP MM and Retail processes to meet business requirements. Requirements Gathering System Design

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.

Design and maintain SAP MM configurations aligned with retail business processes. Testing Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve issues related to SAP MM and Retail functionalities. Documentation

Ensure seamless integration of SAP Retail with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and PP. Contract Management Expertise

Deep understanding of contract management processes and requirements within SAP Retail. Business Partner Management

Expertise in SAP Business Partner concept, replacing traditional customer / vendor master data structures.

Manage customer and vendor data using Business Partner roles (e.g., customer, supplier, contact person).

Implement and support Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI), including mapping, customizing, and using the CVI cockpit for data synchronization. SAP ALE / EDI Expertise

Strong knowledge of SAP ALE / EDI technologies, IDoc types, partner profiles, and distribution models.

Monitor and troubleshoot IDoc processing using transactions like WE02, WE05, SM58, BD87.

Develop and customize IDoc interfaces for SAP and non-SAP systems.

Proficient in inbound and outbound IDoc configuration and troubleshooting. Collaboration

Work closely with business users and cross-functional technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Ensure successful implementation and post-go-live support. Qualifications :

12–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP Retail (Contract Management Business partner management process)

Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
