Skill : SAP Flexible Real Estate Management / RE-FX

Experience : 10yrs to 15yrs

Notice Period : Max 60 Days Only

Must-Have : -

• 4+ Years of good functional expertise in SAP RE-FX — Contract management, lease accounting (IFRS16 / ASC842), property management and valuation.
• Knowledge of S / 4HANA data structures, Fiori apps and cloud deployment considerations.
• Deep understanding of RE-FX integration with FI / CO, MM, PS and Asset Accounting.
• Hands-on experience in RE-FX master data migration, testing and reconciliation during implementation.

Good to Have : -

1. Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform / BTP Services for RE-FX reporting or extensions.

2. Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for real estate reporting and dashboards
