Facade Design Head (Sr. ManagerAGM)

As the Head of Design Façade you will oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle of façade projects from estimation through execution and handover. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with sales estimation manufacturing and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery particularly for bespoke and complex façade solutions. Must have strong technical knowledge in 2D / 3D CAD shop drawings and fabrication detailing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the design planning and execution of façade projects.
• Conduct work planning resource allocation and team capacity analysis.
• Optimize materials (MTO) and generate precise BOM shop and fabrication drawings.
• Ensure on-time high-quality design deliverables aligned with project requirements.
• Lead and mentor the design team fostering both organizational and individual growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Manufacturing Purchase) and external stakeholders (clients consultants site teams).
