Role Overview

We are looking for a Cell Leader / Team Leader with expertise in XML-based publishing workflows

and project management.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage books and journals typesetting using First XML workflow.

 Work with industry standards such as JATS, BITS, DocBook.

 Lead a team and manage project deliverables.

 Coordinate project input analysis, specification analysis, query handling.

 Oversee inventory analysis, reporting, and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Strong knowledge of XML workflows for books and journals.

 Experience in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and preflighting.

 Team management and project leadership skills.

 Ability to handle client specifications and ensure quality delivery.
