SAP MDG Technical Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Lead SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP MDG solutions and will lead technical delivery on enterprise-wide data governance projects. You will play a pivotal role in shaping architecture, overseeing development standards, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful implementation of SAP MDG solutions that align with business Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Provide hands-on technical guidance and architectural solutions in SAP MDG implementations, ensuring alignment with overall IT and business strategies.
• Project Ownership : Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP MDG projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Team Mentorship : Coach and mentor a team of developers and functional consultants, fostering skills enhancement, knowledge sharing, and productivity improvements.
• Coding Standards : Establish, enforce, and continuously improve best practices and coding standards for SAP MDG development and data migration.
• Data Governance Strategy : Collaborate with business and data governance teams to translate master data management requirements into technical solutions within SAP MDG.
• Integration & Customization : Design and implement SAP MDG customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S / 4HANA) and third-party systems.
• Data Migration & Quality : Lead complex data migration efforts including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Feasibility & Risk Management : Participate in technical feasibility studies, risk identification, and mitigation planning to ensure project success.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor system performance and optimize SAP MDG workflows, user interfaces, and batch processing for scalability and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication : Provide clear and timely status reports, technical documentation, and project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Compliance & Governance : Ensure all developments comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and audit requirements related to master & Skills :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7years of experience working with SAP Master Data Governance and related SAP modules.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Senior Consultant in SAP MDG implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MDG processes including data modeling, UI configuration, workflow management, and data

replication.
