Job descriptionExcellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated telecallers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers / entry-level candidates to kickstart their career in sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a record of all calls made and received in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management.
