Role Overview : Data Quality Specialist

As a Data Quality Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our merchants' product data is accurate, high-quality, and optimised for success across multiple channels.

Key Skills :

  • Strong analytical and logical mindset, with experience working on large datasets.
  • Proficient in Excel or databases while maintaining data integrity.
  • Exposure to SEO, Google Ads, and paid media channels.

What You'll Do :

Create and optimise merchant data feeds for :

  • Shopping comparison sites
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Search marketing (Google)
  • Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)
  • Dynamic display advertising
  • Social media
  • Support merchant onboarding and ensure smooth setup after contracts are signed.
  • Continuously optimise data to maximise merchant success.
  • Analyse match rates, bounce rates, and conversion data; collaborate with the Account Management team to improve results.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team and external marketing partners.
  • Support pitch processes by analysing client product data and websites.

    • Report directly to the Head of Data Quality.

    What We're Looking For (Must-Have) :

  • Basic understanding of eCommerce websites and SEO / product data terminology.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with learning and using software platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Determination to deliver exceptional product data, even for long-term Experience with data feeds, product data, SEO, or digital commerce channels.
