Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outreach Manager. The Outreach Manager will lead initiatives to engage and grow the student community, develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, and promote SarthiQ's mission through strategic outreach efforts. Key responsibilities include organizing virtual events, fostering collaborations, and driving participation in SarthiQ's programs. The role also involves coordinating inter-college campaigns, monitoring outreach effectiveness, and contributing to the platform's overall growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills for managing stakeholder relationships and fostering collaborations
• Experience in Project Management to plan, execute, and evaluate outreach initiatives
• Sales and Community Outreach skills for cultivating user engagement and driving participation
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic environment
• Experience in student engagement or educational platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field
