Job descriptionExperience working in an Agile / Scrum development process Excellent communication skills to interact with Business / Development / Monitoring teams for requirement gathering, conduct load test executions, status updates to the stakeholders, etc.
Must-Have
- Strong development skills with knowledge on Performance testing.
- Experience of having worked on HP Load Runner on various protocols (HTTP / HTML / Web Services / MQ etc)
- Strong work experience in developing scripts as per business requirements.
- Experience in designing Performance Test Scenarios as per workload pattern to identify the bottlenecks.
- Experience in analyzing hardware resources, collect and report the metrics to identify the performance bottlenecks.
- Experience in analyzing the Load Runner reports, Application Metrics and come up with performance recommendations.
