Business Consulting Specialist

Must Have Skills

• Over all 7-10 years of experience in Application development
• Minimum of 1-3 years of Agile practical usage in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with Scrum & Agile Lifecycle Management tools (ADO is preferred).
• Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on changing stakeholder expectations.
• Has experience writing user stories and experience in creating and maintaining a backlog. Experience in agile and scrum.
• Ability to create release goals, and create and maintain release plans that meet stakeholder needs.
• Advanced interpersonal skills – able to establish strong working relationships and promote bi-directional communication within and across teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively facilitate discussions at various levels and suggest alternative approaches.
