Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Controls Executive to join our team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the food and beverage control processes within our organization, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our operations.
- Implement and maintain F&B control systems to monitor and analyze food and beverage costs
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, pricing, and portion control to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports on F&B performance metrics
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to develop and implement cost-saving measures
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for F&B control processes
- Train staff on proper use of control systems and adherence to established procedures
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory, pricing, or financial records
- Assist in menu engineering and pricing strategies to optimize profitability
- Provide recommendations to management for improving overall F&B operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of experience in F&B controls or related field within the hospitality industryProficiency in F&B control systems and softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent data management and reporting abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExperience with inventory management systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFood Safety Certification (preferred)Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededSkills Required
