About the Opportunity :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures, MIS, and financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting, variance analysis, and investor reporting.
• Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and ERP integrations (NAV / SAP preferred).
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and taxation laws (direct & indirect).
• Collaborate with auditors, lenders, and investors on financial reviews and due diligence.
• Lead and mentor a 20-member finance and accounting Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting, financial control, and compliance.
• Experience in consulting (Big 4) and / or fast-paced, mid-sized organizations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to ERP systems and automation tools is an advantage.
