Job descriptionDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure individual and team goals are met. Drive new business development initiatives across B2B and B2C channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. Travel as required to meet clients and attend key business events. Proven experience in sales leadership and sales management roles. Strong expertise in account management, business development, and sales operations. Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus. Prior experience in EdTech, B2B, and B2C sales is highly desirable.

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President - Sales to lead and grow our sales organization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The AVP - Sales will drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading high-performing sales teams, and overseeing overall sales operations.
