Job Title : Recruiter – Out of Hours
Work Location – Work from Office in Ahmedabad (Must be ready to Relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
Work Timings
- Flexible rotational shifts
- 5 Days a week (Working Saturday / Sunday and Bank Holidays) – 2 days a off during the week
Responsibilities :
Review and understand job requirements.Sourcing, Screening, Interview, and evaluation of candidateReviewing applicants’ details to verify details matching with position requirementFormatting of Resumes as per client’s expectationsFoster long-term relationships with candidatesResearch new technologies for effective work closureMaintaining of candidate data basePrepare and send daily Recruitment report to Team LeaderMaintaining current records and personal report for review against performance targetsReviewing large number of resumes or curriculum vitaeConducting interviews (over the phone / virtual) to determine the matching Skillsets / qualities before submitting them to the hiring manager or key interview panelResponsible for bookings of shifts.Working as per defined process and recruitment strategies of the organization / client / projectIdeate new approaches towards developing better recruitment methodologiesArranging several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, job vacancy journals, etc.Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills :
Graduate in any disciplineFresher to 1 YearsGood communication skills (verbal + written)Good interpersonal skillGood knowledge of MS Office and proficiency using the internet and social media channelsNegotiation, Analytical and Selling Skill
