Manage the commercial operations within the Global Business Services (GBS) function, ensuring alignment with overall business and financial objectives.Develop and maintain commercial agreements, including service-level agreements (SLAs), chargeback models, and cost allocation frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for GBS.Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Support contract management, vendor financial governance, and compliance with internal policies.Provide regular financial insights and reports to senior stakeholders to aid decision-making.Drive initiatives to improve commercial processes, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.Liaise with global and regional teams to ensure consistent commercial practices and financial discipline across GBS operations.Assist in the development and implementation of value realization programs and benefit tracking.Key Responsibilities :
