Carpenter

Responsibilities and Duties

• Implementing and maintaining carpentry maintenance services within established guidelines and standards; and performs skilled wooden furniture / assets maintenance as needed.
• Assess equipment, materials and labour needed to complete large and / or complex carpentry work or maintenance while reducing wastage of resources.
• Perform a wide variety of skilled carpentry related activities for the purpose of ensuring that maintenance issues are resolved and completed in a safe, effective and timely manner.
• To prepare chart of MIS for verification and check on day-to-day basis.
• The candidate should be willing to work in shifts.
