Working model : Onsite

Location : Walkeshwar, Mumbai

Days : Monday - Saturday

Timings : 10 : 30am - 7 : 30pm

Budget : 50 to 80k (depending on experience)

Experience : 4-8 years

About the Role : We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who understands the world of luxury jewelry and knows how to create an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate has experience with renowned jewelry brands, a deep knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and craftsmanship, and the ability to engage HNI and UHNI clients with refined communication and personalized service. This role requires a strong sales acumen, storytelling ability, and relationship-building skills to curate meaningful client experiences while upholding the exclusivity of Shobha Shringar.

Client Experience & Sales Excellence

• Provide a personalized, high-end shopping experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance on fine jewelry selections.
• Educate customers on gemstones, craftsmanship, and the artistry behind each piece.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, maximizing revenue while upholding brand integrity.
