Technical Product Support (Java, Middleware technologies & T24 product experience is must)

THE ROLE

The Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team provides expert-level support to clients using Temenos products, including those in the implementation phase as well as live customers. PACS manages all client support requests, ensuring seamless product experience and client satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Technology Expert / Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise in T24 Transact , Java, and middleware technologies . The selected candidate will play a key role in resolving client incidents efficiently and professionally while progressively developing into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core and Technology areas of T24.

OPPORTUNITIES

• Analyze and resolve client-reported incidents. Debug and troubleshoot issues in Java-based services interacting with T24, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA commitments.
• Provide proactive, clear, and timely communication to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Infrastructure, DBAs) to resolve complex issues efficiently with effective stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and contribute to permanent fixes or provide appropriate workarounds.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge of various Temenos product architecture, runtime internals, Java integrations, and middleware technologies.
• Manage configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of enterprise web / application servers including JBoss, IBM WebSphere, and Oracle WebLogic.
• Leverage automation and scripting skills using Shell scripting, with exposure to Python, Jenkins, or Ansible as an advantage.
• Apply knowledge of operating systems such as Linux (RHEL preferred), UNIX, and Windows Server for basic troubleshooting and operational tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle production critical issues.
• Demonstrate leadership potential, with a long-term path toward SME status in technology domains.
