Vice President- MEPF Projects

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead large-scale MEPF projects in the Real Estate / Infrastructure / EPC industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead MEPF project strategy and execution
• Align design, engineering, and site execution teams
• Handle vendor negotiations, cost control, and risk management
• Manage MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement
• Ensure timely delivery and successful handover of MEPF systems
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits
• Ensure compliance with codes, sustainability, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with top leadership on strategic planning
