Job Overview :

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Female Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Delhi.
  • The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through digital and offline channels, nurturing prospects, visiting customer sites to pitch ESDS's products and solutions, and collaborating with the pre-sales team to close deals.
  • The role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to drive business growth in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise segments.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital marketing ( social media, email campaigns, webinars) and offline channels ( industry events, seminars, and networking).
  • Identify and target potential clients in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.
  • Leverage market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the assigned segments.
  • Customer Engagement and Pitching :

  • Visit client locations to present ESDS's products, solutions, and value propositions tailored to their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ESDS's capabilities.
  • Lead Nurturing :

  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, addressing client queries, and providing relevant information to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content and campaigns to support lead nurturing.
  • Deal Closure :

  • Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Assist in negotiations and ensure smooth closure of deals while meeting client expectations.
  • Market Intelligence :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis :

  • Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on pipeline status and market insights.
  • Event Participation :

  • Represent ESDS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, or seminars to engage potential clients.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

    Experience :

  • 3-6 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in the IT services, cloud computing, or technology solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in Government, BFSI, or Enterprise segments.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • An MBA is a plus.
