Experience : 3–5 years (with 2 years in a leadership role)

Salary Range : ₹8 – ₹12 LPA

We are looking for a Technology Manager to lead our tech team, oversee product development, and ensure smooth delivery of our fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (backend, frontend, mobile, UI / UX, QA).
• Manage internal tech resources and external vendors.
• Oversee development of web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on expertise in backend (PHP, Laravel, Python, Java).
• Knowledge of frontend (React / Angular / Vue) and mobile (Flutter).
• Supervise UI / UX team for user-friendly designs.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with fintech regulations.
• Implement best practices in architecture, coding, and DevOps.
