Title : Sales Development RepresentativeExperience : 0-4 yearsWork mode : 5 days a week in office (Mon to Fri)Shift : 6 : 30pm to 3 : 30am IST (Evening shifts)Salary - 6.5 LPA to 9 LPAResponsibilities : - Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers- Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversionRequirements : - You should have at least 2+ years of client facing experience working with US and / or North American customers.
