Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will support the Director in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Director, supporting key decisions and business priorities.
• Align departmental objectives with organizational strategy and monitor execution progress.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Manage and prioritize the Director's schedule, meetings, and critical communications.
• Prepare high-level business reports, presentations, and board documents.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely completion.
• Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the Director in internal and external meetings when required.
• Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business performance.
• Act as the liaison between the Director, leadership team, and key stakeholders.
• Support governance, compliance, and management reporting processes.
