Job Title : Senior Associate Database Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Database Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of security, reliability, and scalability for our enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both relational and NoSQL databases, with expertise in performance optimization and data migration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Database Design and Implementation : Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade database solutions, applying strong knowledge of database design, normalization, and indexing strategies to build efficient and scalable systems.
• Data Management & Security : Implement and maintain robust database security measures, including user roles, encryption, and access controls. You will also be responsible for performing database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize database performance to ensure critical business applications run smoothly and efficiently. This includes writing and tuning queries and managing data migration and transformation processes.
• Collaboration : Work with various teams to understand their data needs and provide expert guidance on database solutions.

Experience : A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Database Engineer or in a similar role.
