Role Description

Review and audit all interior design drawings (floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, plumbing, false ceiling, and furniture layouts) for accuracy and consistency.

Cross-check all drawings with client requirements, site measurements, and approved design intent.

Ensure that Good for Construction (GFC) drawings are error-free and follow standard layering, scaling, and naming conventions.

Verify alignment between drawings and BOQs, scope documents, and material specifications.

Coordinate with design, project management, and site teams for any clarifications or revisions needed.

Maintain documentation logs for version control and approvals.

Identify recurring issues and propose corrective actions to improve design and drawing processes.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, company standards, and regional building codes (if applicable).

Job Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in interior design drawing review or design coordination.

Strong understanding of interior design drawings, materials, finishes, and construction processes.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying errors.

Good communication and team coordination skills.
