Job descriptionGood understanding of Jigs- fixture- design- principle. Sound knowledge in degree-of-freedom 3-2-1-principle -of- fixture-design. Working experience in 5th-axis-fixture-design Thorough knowledge in GD&T, Working knowledge on Stack-up Tolerances. Jig / Fixture Design for Machining and Assembly processes. Complete understanding of Engineering drawings with respect to Machining Processes. Complete Proficiency on use of 2D / 3D CAD software s especially NX / AutoCAD for Fixture / Jig Design activities. Working knowledge on Machining Processes prove-out.
