About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the design of user-centered digital products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering intuitive, impactful, and scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design processes : from research, ideation, and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on requirements and define product roadmaps.
Create design systems, UI patterns, and interaction models that ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve product experience.
Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant, and engaging user interfaces.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product and UX design.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

3+ years of experience in product / UX / UI design, preferably in software or SaaS industries.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions across web and mobile applications.

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Experience with prototyping and user research methodologies.

Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to deliver practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in agile product development environments.

Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS) to communicate effectively with engineers.

Prior experience in leading or mentoring design teams working on IoT ecosystems—covering connected devices, control interfaces, and real-time monitoring platforms.

Exposure to data-driven design using analytics and A / B testing.
