We're seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to support our project management team. As a Junior Program Manager, you will play a key role in executing complex projects and initiatives that drive business growth.

• Project Execution & Tracking : Develop and implement project plans, maintain trackers, and report on progress.
• Team Coordination : Assist with resource allocation, coordination, and communication among team members.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
• Partner Support : Collaborate with partners to create and manage programs, monitor metrics, and gather feedback.
• Tools Management : Maintain and update marketing tools and platforms, contributing to database development and process improvements.
