IPC -Macro Planner & Scheduler

Must have technical skill

• Strong configuration and usage knowledge in the DELMIA Quintiq Macro Planner and Scheduler modules.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation project.
• Integration experience with other relevant systems and modules like SAP PP and / or MES.
• Ability to create functional specifications for custom development.
• Proficiency in production master data management : material master data, bills of materials, routing, and production versions.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.

Good to have technical skills

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum or LESS, SaFe and experience working in agile product or project teams.
• Experience in leading or supporting complete DELMIA Quintiq implementations, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support / post-go-live support.
• Ability to configure and customize DELMIA Quintiq modules based on specific business requirements.
• Understanding of master data : material master data, bills of materials, routing, work centers, and production versions.
• Support for the integration of DELMIA Quintiq with other systems and modules (e.g., ERP systems, MES systems).
