Key Responsibilities :

Ø Develop and implement strategies to grow the co-working business, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and identifying new opportunities.

Ø Drive sales and marketing efforts to attract new members and retain existing ones. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Ø Enhance the brand presence and reputation of our co-working spaces through marketing initiatives, PR activities, and partnerships.

Ø Implement and promote sustainable practices within the co-working spaces, focusing on reducing environmental impact and promoting eco-friendly solutions.

Ø Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all co-working spaces. Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

Ø Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle contracts and negotiations with tenants and service providers.

Ø Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff to achieve business objectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Ø Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of facility management.

Ø Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement measures to achieve financial targets.

Ø Regularly gather feedback from members to understand their needs and preferences. Use this information to drive continuous improvement in services and facilities.

Ø Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use this knowledge to keep the business ahead of the curve.

Qualifications : Any Graduate

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the co-working.

Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and achieving targets.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in using business software and CRM systems.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
