Oracle Database Administrator - 11G / 12C / 19C

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with 5-112 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise Oracle database systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of databases, providing technical support, and managing complex deployments in high-availability environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle database systems (11g / 12c / 19c).
• Manage database security including roles, privileges, and auditing.
• Perform performance tuning, backup / recovery (RMAN), and optimization of database queries.
• Set up and maintain high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR) using Data Guard, RAC, and ASM.
• Monitor database health, diagnose issues, and provide proactive resolutions.
• Automate routine DBA tasks and maintain documentation.
• Manage data migrations, database refreshes, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support database design and architecture.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical production issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards.
