Job Title : Senior Oracle DBA with ADW & Migration Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Database Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle ADW (Autonomous Data Warehouse), GoldenGate Administration, and Database Migration activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in optimizing Oracle ADW performance, managing Oracle databases on OCI / Azure, and handling critical migration projects involving heterogeneous data sources (including MongoDB).

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer, monitor, and optimize Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) environments.
• Manage Oracle GoldenGate configurations for real-time replication and data synchronization.
• Lead database migration activities from on-premise to OCI / Azure Cloud and across heterogeneous systems (Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).
• Ensure database performance tuning, capacity planning, and high availability.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with application, data engineering, and cloud teams for smooth database operations.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
• Maintain compliance with security standards, patches, and upgrades.
