Job Description :

A Sales Growth Specialist drives revenue and expands the customer base through strategic sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets by utilizing provided databases to generate leads.

Tasks involve handling Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound / Cold Calling, Client Relationship Management, and other related duties.

Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating customer inquiries and details to relevant stakeholders is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 0-5 years of experience in sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to adapt quickly to market changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
