• KRA 1 : B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) and knowledge about Chemical formulation.
• KRA 2 : Complete Physical and chemical testing of raw material, IN process and finished.
• KRA 3 : Team Building for result oriented activities.
• KRA 4 : Should have good presentation skill and knowledge about safety standards.
• KRA 5 : ISO / WCM / BIS / NABL documentation and implementation.
• KRA 6 Cost effectiveRa raw mix designing and improvement in product quality for customer satisfaction
• KRA 7 Maintaining quality of cement as per agreed norms.
• KRA 8 Have a very sound knowledge of calibration of XRF
• KRA 9 PP bag testing and fuel testing.
