Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships to drive company growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking abilities and proven expertise in client acquisition through multiple channels including LinkedIn outreach.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or meetings
- Able to reach potential clients through LinkedIn and other social media platforms globally
- Do follow-ups and explain the services we offer clearly and smartly
- Understand client needs and prepare basic proposals (team will help with detailed proposals)
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
- Convert interested leads into paying clients by consistent communication
- Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and delivery of services
- Attend physical meetings for clients if needed (travel support will be provided)
Sales Target and Commission Structure :
Monthly sales target will be fixed depending on experience and marketAfter achieving the base target, commission will be calculated on the extra amountCommission percentage may vary depending on project size and marginCommission will be paid after the full payment is received from the clientSkills Required : Strong communication (English + local language)
