Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, a passion for coding, and a keen interest in working in a financial product-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Java.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure secure coding practices.
- Work with databases (relational and NoSQL) for data storage and management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in backend development using Java.Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services.Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Hands-on experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an added advantage.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Additional Information
