Job description

Expansion Desk is hiring for Part Time Java Developer(Remote) - Few hours daily

Job Responsibilities -

Maintain, update, and improve existing Java applications
Design and develop new Java-based applications and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Implement best practices in security, testing, and documentation
Contribute to architectural decisions, refactoring plans, and technical strategy

What You Bring

8+ years of Java development experience

Strong understanding of Java 8+ , OOP principles, and design patterns

Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot

Experience maintaining and improving legacy Java systems

Familiarity with RESTful APIs , microservices, and JSON

Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases

Proficiency with Git , JIRA, and CI / CD tools

Bonus Points For :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes

Front-end experience (React, Angular, Vue)

Salary - 15k
