Role Overview :
We are looking for a Corporate Sales / Marketing Professional specializing in Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) insurance to join our team in New Delhi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
You will work closely with the leadership team to expand our footprint in the corporate insurance space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new corporate client opportunities across various sectors for both EB and Non-EB insurance solutions
- Promote the company's insurance products and services to potential corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions based on their needs
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Conduct presentations and meetings with HR Heads, CFOs, and top decision-makers
- Collaborate with the internal underwriting and operations team to ensure accurate proposal submissions and smooth onboarding
- Provide regular updates and forecasts on sales pipelines, market feedback, and competition insights
- Ensure post-sales support and coordinate for policy issuance, endorsements, and claims
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in the insurance Qualifications & Skills :
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Experience in corporate sales within the insurance broking industry (experience in both EB & Non-EB is preferred)
- Proven track record in business development and sales target achievement
- Strong knowledge of group health insurance, general insurance products, and employee benefit structures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
- Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and corporate insurance compliance norms is a plus
