Role Description

The Business Development Associate is a full-time hybrid role, requiring presence in Gurugram with some work from home flexibility. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, and effectively communicating with clients to drive business growth. The Business Development Associate will also be responsible for developing strategies to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver effective Presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
