The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in Dubai property sales, client handling, and deal closures, along with the ability to manage high-value transactions remotely. This role is perfect for professionals who have significant Dubai real estate experience (8–10 years) and now wish to continue working for the Dubai market from Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :
Requirements :
1. 8–10 years of experience in real estate sales and deal closing.
2. Experience in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory.
3. Currently based in Mumbai, handling Dubai sales remotely.
4. Proven expertise in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
6. Familiar with Dubai property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
7. Excellent leadership, presentation, and market awareness skills.
8. Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven professional.
