Role Overview :

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and proactive in driving HR processes smoothly across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Conduct HR round interviews and maintain candidate databases.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires — documentation, induction sessions, and system setup.
