Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat, Gujarat, India. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Key tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and supporting the professional growth of team members.

• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is an advantage
